"This book is compassionate, useful, timely, and very helpful for women who are overworked, do not always put themselves first and who both have and are the targets of envy and ambivalence for and from other women. Chelette is a positive and practical thinker.”
~Phyllis Chesler Ph.D, Author of Women and Madness, Woman's Inhumanity to Woman, and An American Bride in Kabul
A Must read for women of all ages
Happy Woman Happy World will resonate with women of all ages. I can't help but think that if this book was required reading in high school, the recent surge in bullying might be mitigated. Beate's book is uplifting and gives you practical, tried and tested tools and strategies to help you lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.I wish this book was available when I was just starting out in business. But it is never too late to implement her advice. Thanks Beate.

What A Wonderful Book!
It was a perfect read for me as I am now an empty nester. Very thought provoking with amazing revelations and words of Wisdom. I highly recommend this book.
Beate’s words are inspiration for any woman that dares to reinvent herself. I found this book to be a positive life changing experience for me. This book is trans-generational as my 25 year-old daughter found it to be equally valuable.

I recommend this book for all ambitious ladies out there!
I believe this book was so perfect in time for me. I have big dreams for my future but I was missing some piece of the puzzle on how to get there. In her book, Beate elaborated so well on the subject of life balance which is why I got the book in the first place but her book had way more to offer...This book inspired me by giving me a new outlook on how we woman need other woman to succeed. Because of some of my experiences with other women it was hard to imagine this was possible. She has given me hope and inspiration to do things a different way, so we woman, can learn to lean on each other. Please read and share her vision for our new generations to come.

Where was this book 15 years ago?? Now I know: I don't have to do it all, have it all, be it all at the same time.
Loved this book! Finally an explanation and relief valve for woman who are continually trying to HAVE IT ALL and not achieving happiness because "ALL" isn't possible. As a business owner who ended up selling and exiting my business after 23 years and burnout, I wish I had read this book sooner. The Ego-Rhythms described by Ms Chelette made complete sense to me. As women we tend to juggle 7 out of the 9 Ego-Rhythms at a time whereas men naturally seem to stick with 2-3. My balancing act and superwoman cape could have been left at the door if I had an understanding that each 'stage' or chapter could have/should have been embraced without feeling I could/should do it all at once. The analogy of eating a loaf of bread 'in slices' was powerful because as a woman I would never sit and eat the WHOLE LOAF yet my life challenge was thinking that I should be able to manage being a wife, mother, business owner, friend, daughter, etc with elegance and ease. This book came at the perfect time and has helped me ENJOY the moments that are presenting today more knowing that there will be a time for other things (If I'm blessed as such) eventually. I don't have to do it all, have it all, be it all at the same time. RELIEF SIGH!

Any woman can go from being overwhelmed to awesome. Author of Happy Woman Happy World, Beate Chelette, is a trainer, coach, and speaker who frankly states that you can have it all, but not everything at the same time. Chelette’s concept of ego-RHYTHM allows women to examine and define what is most important during their various stages of life, set a Main Focus, and re-structure for a better Work-Life Balance. Happy Woman Happy World also touches on feminism and the unforgiving situations in careers where women versus women scenarios take place. This is where she introduces The Women’s Code, to instill a new awareness on how women relate to each other, and provides better exemplars for women on how to give support and collaborate to truly achieve happiness with their lives..
Beate Chelette nails everything regarding women’s internal and external struggles. She is very straight to the point, every fact and discussion are bared with no tangential details. I like her ego-RHYTHM concept, which is “an event or occurrence that takes place over a period of time, usually three to four years. It is a major, life-changing influence that determines your Main Focus.” As a person who tries to focus on too many things in my life and succeed in all of them, this concept is what I really need right now. Another strength of this book is The Women’s Code. Instead of helping each other, women tend to eliminate one another in their careers. This is definitely an eye-opener and The Women’s Code addresses this dilemma accordingly. Simply put, Happy Woman Happy World is undeniably empowering.
